Reading the Quran in Arabic has much reward but it is equally important to understand the meaning of the Quran verses. Anyone who reads the Quran with meaning puts in a great effort in understanding of the Word of Allah and thus shall be rewarded.

This course is designed to help students learning word to word translation of the Quranic verses along with the basic grammatical rules. It will enable the student understanding the Arabic text of the Quran. Once the student has developed an understanding of Arabic, then the meanings are interpreted in light of the context in which the verses were revealed.

Since Arabic is the language of worship in Islam, we can offer our prayers with full consciousness by understanding what we are saying.
